Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to book the Roadshow?
It depends on the type of event, how long you need us and where it is. Email [email protected] with your details and we’ll come back to you with a quote.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Minster-on-Sea and mainly cover the Isle of Sheppey and Swale. If your event is further afield, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
What do you need from us on the day?
For the trailer we need suitable access and a level space to park. For a tent or indoor setup we need room for our equipment. Please let us know if there’s power on site, and we’ll talk through anything else when we plan your event.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Weekends, summer and the Christmas season get busy, so the sooner you email, the better the chance your date is free.
Can you host on our stage alongside other acts?
Yes. Tracy can MC your event, introducing acts, making announcements and keeping things running to time, whether or not you also want our music and equipment.
